Allant Europe is a consultancy specialised in the recruitment of bi-lingual professionals from the property development and construction sectors. We recruit uniquely for permanent positions.

We are currently recruiting for a Parisian Property Consultancy in response to the growing demands of its international clientele for expertise and guidance in property development in France. This independent company was formerly the French arm of an international group. Under new directorship the company has grown from 3 to 15 highly qualified professionals in the last 2 years with an annual business figure of 1.5million€. The growing success of this business has lead the director to search for Senior Project Manager to assist him directly at the highest level within the company.

The right candidate will have spent his/her career gaining a broad range of experience in the fields of project and site management. Technical knowledge relating to building and redeveloping commercial real estate projects is imperative. You will have confirmed managerial experience in co-ordinating different teams at each stage such projects’ development. All reports will be written in English.

You are educated to at least degree level in an engineering field with 10-20 years relevant work experience in construction. You must be bilingual in English and French.

You are a highly motivated individual with good communication skills and a passion for leadership.
