Allant Europe est un cabinet spécialisé dans le recrutement des professionnels bilingue/multilingue dans les secteurs de l’immobilier et du BTP. Nous proposons des emplois de type CDI uniquement.

This company is an EPC Contractor & project development organisation based in the UK, specialising in turnkey projects in the developing world.

Their projects cover a diverse range of fields including petrochemical, building, construction, civil engineering, energy & telecommunications.

They provide all elements of turnkey project development & implementation namely sourcing & structuring finance, design & engineering, procurement, construction & after sales service.

Recent projects include residential developments in Gabon & sea defence schemes in Benin.

Due to re-organisation they are looking to recruit a:

Business Development Manager - UK based with travel

The role would suit candidates who have a technical background. Ideally you would have formal construction related qualifications.

You will have contract administration experience & have the ability to source, analyse and process technical, financial & political information.

Candidates should be self-starters, being able to work alone as well as in a team environment, with excellent commercial awareness, communication and negotiating skills to deal with high level executives, government ministers and officials.

The position involves travel, mainly to Africa. Duties involve inter alia sourcing new clients and project collaborators (suppliers/contractors/financiers), preparation of RFQ’s and proposals, management of contractual relationships & monitoring of project performance.

You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to read, write & speak both English & French to a high standard.
