The German HQ is in Frankfurt & they have recently won a large commercial fit-out project in Hambourg & we are looking to recruit a:
Project Manager - Hambourg- German & English speaking
Reporting to the European Director, you will have complete responsibility for construction delivery, subcontractor management & budgetary control on this 60M€ scheme.
You need to be an excellent leader & communicator and be able to understand & manage individuals within a multi-cultural working environment.
Ideally you will speak,read & write, both German & English, to a high standard. Knowledge of the commercial fit-out / interiors sector is a must.
Qualifications
Formally qualified in a construction related discipline or with industry experience.
