Operating from more than 10 regional offices across the world, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team of over 100 highly qualified professionals in the deployment of the company's international commercial projects.

For the Parisian headquarters of an international real estate and construction company we are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager to oversee the development of the firm’s activities in one or more of the following locations: Europe, USA, Middle East, Africa.

Professionally qualified in project management, site management , quantity surveying and other real estate related disciplines with confirmed managerial capacities your task will be to manage projects worth several hundred million €, with assistance from the more junior staff under your direction.

You are educated to at least degree level in an engineering or architectural field with 10-15 years experience in these relevant areas. You have recent experience of major commercial developments and your senior knowledge and experience at every stage of such projects ensures that you are the right candidate for the position advertised.

You must be bilingual in English and French.

You are a highly motivated individual with good communication skills and a passion for leadership.
