For one of the biggest Real Estate fund in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Account Manager.

Preparation of high quality financial information & monitoring of day to day matters of the Special Purpose Vehicles owned by the Real Estate Funds investing across Europe.

Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Assist external administrators with preparation of accounting entries, such as acquisitions, disposals & distributions
- Review of reporting packages per investment
- Consolidation of reporting packages per investment
- Review of Luxembourg GAAP financial statements prepared by external administrators
- Working in a team to co-ordinate theaudit process, liaising with local, group & global auditors to ensure that information is provided on a timely basis & that deadlines are met

Investor & Bank reporting:
- Preparation of quaterly cash flow reporting & summary per investment
- Monitoring of cash management requirements, financial covenants & coordination & preparation of information packages for lending banks

Asset Management & Sales Support:
- Support asset management team with ad hoc financial/analysis as required
- Preparation & monitoring of operating budgets for investments
- Support acquisitions team with financial information as required
- Support asset management team with financial information in connection with disposals as required
- Liaise with external advisors, such as tax advisors, auditors & legal advisors on structuring issuses related to disposals

Tax structuring & Compliance:
- Work with tax advisors to ensure that tax structuring for investments is complied with & that tax opinion are updated where relevant
- Ensure that all tax filings are kept up to date for the SPVs
- Ensure legal & statutory compliance through liaison with legal advisors

Other responsabilities:
- Assit with continuous improvments initiatives for all financial reporting processes
- Liaison with third party administrators & finance team across Europe
- Ad hoc project work

Profil: What the effective performer needs to display:

- Degree qualified, Chartered Accountant with up to 3 years post qualification, experience preferably in Big 4 Real Estate or Investment Management Audit Practice, or ACCA with equivalent experience gained in industry
- Strong technical accounting skills & consolidation experience essential
- Team player oriented
- Focused on deadlines & timely delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of Luxembourg tax structuring
- Ability to work independently & to take additional responsabilities
- Fluent in English & French, any other language would be an advantage
