Join Dubai's leading international contracting company & property developer, with an enviable list of multi-billion US$ projects in the UAE & throughout the world. They are investing US$ 14 billion in a development near to Tunis, Tunisia.

The project is the biggest in the history of Tunisia & will create over 800 hectares of mixed use development. The new city will include high rise developments, luxury housing, green areas, cultural & sporting facilities as well as a luxury marina with world class leisure facilities.

The first phase is commencing & will take 10 years to complete, once finished, the development will create 130,000 new job opportunities.

This exciting project requires a:

Senior Project Manager - bilingual French / English

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years post-degree experience, probably gained within a major international construction / property organisation. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a team of construction professionals, on this high-profile development.

Your communication skills must be excellent and you must speak, read & write, both English & French, to a high standard. We are looking for an individual who can operate relatively independently.

Qualifications

Degree qualified within a construction or civil engineering related discipline. Chartership would be advantageous.
